Chef Mario’s menu highlights two signature pizzas—wood-fired Napoletana and Roman-style pizza al taglio—made with his proprietary whole-wheat flour blend and eight-year-old lievito madre. Guests will also find classics like Nonna’s polpette, fresh salads, handmade pastas, chicken parm, and seasonal local game and poultry.
